Workshop and Discussion: Communicating Across Cultures
Enhance your skills as an effective, culturally aware communicator!
One morning that can make a difference. This short interactive presentation cum workshop is designed to give you insight to the major cultural differences you may encounter. While the subject of Intercultural Communication is vast, and in-depth study may take several years, this workshop will leave you empowered to deal with challenges of communicating across cultures.
Effective communication is essential for everything; moreso, for program / project managers whose job is to get things done in a cross-cultural team. Being sensitive and mindful of your peer group behavior is absolutely essential for the growth of program / project managers.

Narsu Rao is currently a student at De Anza and President of SIG. She has over 20 years of corporate work experience. She also has been a trainer for 8 years in an organization offering self-awareness program.
