Our powerful service/support workshops were originally built for San Jose State University Professional Development. Dozens of executives, managers and professionals from information technology, biotechnology and other industries have profited from this practical education experience. The workshops are packed with information, team projects and electronic tools to use immediately. Tuition for each workshops is $195; internet access and a phone line are required. Typical calling costs in the USA will be $0 to $9 for the three hours.
