Live Project Practice Engagement A Service of the TAP-a-PM Project Management Cooperative A win-win for clients and intermediate project managers At no cost to clients, a senior TAP-a-PM program/project manager supervises 2 or 3 intermediate level project managers seeking current project management experience. Projects are typically 1-2 months and 150-200 consulting hours. Types of projects include process improvements, service/product vendor selection, competitive analysis, and others. Clients are asked to provide a written evaluation of the project team and to supply references for the team if those references have been earned. Client is under no obligation to hire or engage any members of the practice engagement team.
