Jacky held management positions at Hewlett-Packard, Slam Dunk Networks, and other organizations. She has provided presentations for dozens of organizations and published four books. Jacky received her BSEE with distinction from the University of Nebraska and her Masters in Systems Engineering from Carleton University. She developed and taught an intensive course based on The Portable MBA from the Darden School of Management at the University of Virginia.
